Susquehanna Bank After not using my account for 3 months I finally decided to deposit some money into it .NOT CASH A CHECK but DEPOSIT money . Before going into the bank I checked the account and everything seem fine the balanced of course was 0.00 i havent used it in mo ths so i didnt expect any cash in there. Willow Grove Pennsylvania

 After not using my account for 3 months I finally decided to deposit some money into it .NOT CASH A CHECK but DEPOSIT money . Before going into the bank I checked the account and everything seem fine the balanced of course was 0.00 i havent used it in mo ths so i didnt expect any cash in there . Fast forward several days. I go to the bank to deposit a check and was told it cannot be deposited because the account is has become dormant because no one has used it but here is the kicker the banker says and the account is overdrawn !!!!! ........

I am confused if the account is dormant because I have not used in months and checked online then how is it overdrawn ! ???!!! Apparently it is overdrawn because at a balance od 0.00 the "bank" charged $3.00 for a paper statement . What I am confused about if I  have not used the account in over 3 months why would there be a statement for no activity????!!!. On top of that I asked why would I not be informed the account was overdrawn like most bank they send email alerts ,phone calls and text messages . The answer I got is I dony Know and the bank did not make you account negative .

"Then who did if I havent use it in 3 months !" . What makes me more furious is that if I never stopped into the bank in the first place the lady told me in two days a $35.00 overdraft fee would be placed !!!!! So on top of not using the account, it became dormant I was not notified , The paperless statement that only has my name address , date  ,and balance on it I was charged $3.00 twice , and  if I never stopped in today  I would be charged a $35.00 fee. The best part is the worst customer service I ever had dealing with this bank was from the Willow Grove branch . All they are equipped to say is I dont Know. We didnt do it .

The Lead teller Kelly was no where to be found and did not handle the situation except trying too have me talk to a banker . If you are a Lead teller why was I even talking to frick and frac who seem to confuse each other . Granted it is only $3.00 but if I didnt come in today that $3.00 would have turned to $37.00 and keep increasing until I "decide "i want to use the account again. I want everyone to know the unfair practices this bank has taken and the lacl of respect and awful customer service this bank and particular branch jas displayed. I had numerous problems with this bank from them putting money in my account from my moms by mistake to this. This is by far the worst customer service bank ever . For someone to get charged $3.00 for a paper that just says your name address and date seems a little ridiculous
