I got charge for one payment that i missed, happen a year ago. i was never notify by any letter or phone calls. now all of the sudden a year later, they charge me $2,000 for the whole year late fee, AND, threatening to repossess my car, i went down to the bank and make payments with the branch manager, just because I didn't want to loose my car. after that the manager told me that it should be settle.

next thing i know, the repossessing company still called me and said i should pay them directly for other charges, they claim that I did not have insurance covered for the vehicle at one point, which didn't make any since. And that they will repossess my vehicle as soon as they located it. This is like I don't have any choice to keep my car that I have been paying for 3 years. I and owed only $1,800 left, supposedly. Now became $4,000+ and I can't even settle with making payments.
