on gilbert and main at the orange grove apts next to 7 eleven, after maybe 15 minutes inside talking to my aunt, we walked outside to leave and on the way i said, "wheres your car?" It was gone!

Turned out that S.W.A.T. Towing had hooked up to it. They said that there was a $100. drop fee.. What?!

Then they left, when we called them they said that we couldnt have it back till business hours, monday thru friday 8-5. What do I do?

looks like you wait

AUTHOR: Cat - (U.S.A.)

Since every towing company have their own hours, not much you can do other than wait. You can try calling the police, but I doubt they will help you. I still do not know whether you were parked legally or not. However, they have your car, so you are pretty much at their mercy and if you do not want more charges I would try to talk nicely to them. Yelling will get you nowhere except added charges.
