S.W.A.T Towing The Vulture They steal cars ! Scam racket. Tow cars illegally, then impound until $135 received. Rude trashy "people". Mesa, Arizona

S.W.A.T. Towing of Arizona has 3 locations.  They are a fraudulent criminal company.  They steal cars by illegally towing them, then impound the car behind a solid gate until they receive cash or card payment of $135 ($120 towing + $15 storage). 

Payment is processed in-person from behind mirrored bullet-proof glass, and nobody else is allowed in the area.  The owner must pay in person (rather hard to do when no car).  The name of the company on the building is something other than SWAT, and it is a derilect shack close to the train tracks.

They took my car from a legal parking zone while having lunch in a cafe that is adjacent to a parking lot sign "Residents/Customers Only".  They lied saying that someone called to have my car towed.  Two businesses in that row didn't call, and never call those guys ... they are known there as "The Vulture" ... they are known to be crooks.  The Tempe Police and 911 would not even allow me to file a police report for Illegal Towing.  They are useless (this point has been proven a multitude of times).

As I drove away the skinny yellow-skinned chain smoker yelled and laughed, "Ha ha old man .. I got your money).  They are a dirty rude and horrible lot ... I hope I didn't contract a flesh-eating disease while on the premises.  BEWARE of S.W.A.T. Towing Arizona.
