SweepStakes Clearing House SC senior citizen rippped off Arlington Texas

I am a senior citizen who has a limited budget, I ordered HP Desktop Computer,   and 32 piece Freedom/Cuisinart I thought everything was on the up and up and when they came to deliver one of the items they ups told me I stil owed 35. dollars COD.   I was never told about any COD, I paid for items I had been given the vouchers, $400. but sent a Money order for each oitem paid in full.  Now I am supposed to pay an addittional 35.00 for a COD.  I don't know about the rest of you but am going to talk to a lawyer about this company, letting us believe that they are part of Publishers clearing house.  Maybe get a class action suit started.  Plus am going to see about sueing Publisers Clearancehouse, for allowing them to use their mail to enclose their scam.  I know I am going to try to do my best to get my money back.
