Sweepstakes Clearinghouse Sold me a refurbished Dell Computer, sent me a Duracom monitor with it, Dell Modem will not connect to the Duracom monitor, the cord they sent does not have the correct hookup! Dallas, Texas

I purchased a refurbished computer from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse, it also included a monitor, they sent it to me and the monitor will not connect to the modem; the monitor is a Duracom LCD monitor. The hookup cords they sent fit the monitor but not the Dell computer.  What is my recourse?  I spent $189 to order it and another $69 for shipping.  Since when does UPS charge $69 to send a box that takes ten days to arrive?  What am I suppose to do with this computer that does not even hookup with the Modem?  The better business bureau should shut them down.  There was no hookup instructions with the computer, I guess it was because there is no way to hook them up! 

I am angry and want some satisfaction, is there any lawyers out there willing to do a class action against this company?  I know some of you people may think what does she expect for that money, but I also received a $400 voucher check that was for the computer.  They said that it was a sweepstakes and this was because I was not one of the main winners.  They were awarding me this $400 voucher to be used towards the computer and monitor.     Also the mouse and the keyboard do not hook up to the modem.  They need a round hookup which there is no round hook ups on the back of the dell?  HELP!
