I know for a fact that this company is a big rip off. The computers are refurb (used) and are made to work until the warranty has worn off which is 6 months...The products that are advertised are items that are in some way malfunctioned. The warranty is thru the company and in most cases it requires you to send the product back to an address and you will receive the item "repaired" back in most cases the item is lost and you get nothing if you do not call to find out what happened.

Refunds are given but there is a catch. FULL refund if the item is defective or damaged, s/h fees are deducted if you just simply do not like the item or just want your money back. Pd by cc you will receive a full refund no matter what the reason is.

All in all the company makes the money in the s/h fees and if a customer just gets tired of calling and talking to "rude" customer service reps or if you just simply give up and throw in the towel. Now you can get a full refund if you talk on it long enough.
