Placed an order April 30, 2013 for $250.55 total. Within 12 hours was sent an email stating that product was shipped through USPS priority mail.  For a CA to CA shipment - transit is usually 1-2 days. 2 weeks later, no product. After several emails to the company's website - not a single response.
