Swift Transportation ,Driving School Emotional and Financial Distress ,Revocation of CDL and Passenger Care License Millington, Tennessee

I attended the Swift Transportation Driving School to obtain my Class A CDL, upon completion of course and passing testing, I was employed by Swift for a period of approx. 8 months. Due to sitting in terminals without loads, and broken promises by driver managers, I resigned from my position exiting this industry as a whole.

Almost four years later, I receive a notice in the mail, that due to fraud and the illegal licensing of CDL drivers at the Swift Driving Academy my CDL was being revoked. I not having drove a truck in well over 3 years was not worried, honestly could have care less and not to mention not that suprised after my experience with Swift.

I then receive a letter stating that my passenger car license was suspended until I pay the State of Ohio 30.00 due to the actions of Swift Transportation. Irate, at the point not so much 30.00, I go into the Ohio Motor Vehicle department pay the 30.00, come to find out now I have to take my temporary learner test, get my permit, and do the driving test as I did when I was 16 years old, 20 years ago!!!

The lady at the OBMV stated in Ohio alone, there were over 540 drivers that had this exact same problem. Where do I sign up for a class action law suit. If I do not find out, I will be filing a claim in small claims court for damages, including the money I paid for their so called school.
