SWM Laboratories No Refunds, No Customer Service Hollywood Florida

So I fell for a scam. I ordered the weight loss supplement call Acai Berry Detox from a website. It was a 14 day trial. In their literature, I was told that the trial started after I received the product.

When I canceled the order 15 days later, I was told that "no other shipments would be sent and that your credit card would no longer be billed". Not true. I received a charge for 88.87 the day after I canceled.

I called the so called "SWM Laboratories" and spoke with a CSR who barely spoke English. She said that I canceled on the 14th and that the free trial was up on the 13th. I told her that the confirmation I received said that my final shipment when out on April 28th. She said "that is correct, and you have now been billed for the entire bottle". I asked her if the product needed to be shipped back and she said "no". I was like "so you're telling me, I just got charged for the remainder of the bottle. Yet on the information it's a free 60 day supply. And she said "yes".

She said there was no way that I was going to get a refund. So I then asked for the company's address so I could file a complaint about them. She told me she could not give me that information. So i asked for her supervisor. Finally after about 10 minutes he gets on the phone. Yet again another ESL person. He told me that they cannot do refunds and that any complaints could be forwarded to their legal department at the address above. I told him that I was going to fight this and he again stated to contact their legal department. When I asked if I could speak to someone in the legal department, he said he could not transfer calls to them.

This is a complete scam.
