I too was scammed by this company and the offer of a free trial. The customer service representatives are nothing more than a "call center" that is unable to give any information about the company or a number where you can actually reach a REAL company employee. Luckily, my bank has put a fraud alert on this company and is investigating.

If you want to stop this company, I suggest you contact the Florida Attorney General, the FBI at fbi.gov, the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov and anyone else you can think of to file a complaint. It doesn't take long and the more people who do this will provoke some action (hopefully).

I hope you will join me in this fight to put a stop to them!
