I ordered an Ultimate Chopper on 12/22/02.

On 01/13/03 the money was taken. I have not recieved any merchendise or refund as I haven't been able to get through to this company. They told me I whould be billed in payments of 29.99 for two months, but I was billed 74.85 one time,please help if you can
