Synchrony Bank Would not update my account information and would not give me my balance. Longwood, Florida

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I've been trying to update my account information for 2 months But Synchrony Bank works like a 1970 bank? they are not up to date with computer information and they do not update the account holders account balance.
They are very nasty when you call them telling them that you're concerned about somebody stealing their account information because it's not secured. The person on the other end she tells you I'm closing your account even though you didn't ask to have it closed.

They will not correct the account holder name or spelling or the error made on my address -- they will not reimburse me an overpayment I made when they clearly have the credit card number and my cardholder name and address I have been trying for years to get the money back that they owe me. They keep asking me for my social security number - I am not American!! The last representative put me on an endless hold when I called to try to get the matter cleared up.
