Opened a savings account online with this bank called "synchrony bank". Two weeks later they closed it and locked me out of my accounts. Weren't even considerate enough to even call me. Then months later they send out a dodgy looking letter trying to get my social security number. Very very dodgy looking. Looked like a phishing email! I wouldn't give these crooks anything after the sleazy, unprofessional way they've behaved. Stay far away from this "bank". They are crooks!

So What's The REAL Story?

AUTHOR: The Dog - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 25, 2018

If you would have read the agreement you signed when you opened the account, you would have seen they reserve the right to close any account. Typically this is done due to fraud or excessive overdraft fees. So what's the real story??
