Talk America ripoff consumer home phone line deceptive company Orlando florida

I had a phone carrier Talk America for 1 month and 3 days. They continue to bill in 'advance' although I haven't had them for over one month. They
have said "I haven't reported the telephone change and that they have done nothing wrong". However the 3 days I was with them in March cost me $20.00 over 1/2 of my current bill because they continue to state that this is
for long distance calls I made (untrue since my new carrier is billing for the same dates of service).

Talk America is company designed to do nothing but create an illusion that simply will cost the consumer a vast increase on their telephone bills as they don't provide adequate information about the entire cost of the
plan including intra lata and long distance rates.
