My husband and I had a runaround attempting to clear up a bill with this so called company. He never signed on to their services via the internet as they claimed. He was about to mail them a check when I became angry and said I'd handle the matter. After repeated bills from so called company, I contacted the BBB and reported the idiots. To make a long story short they finally credited and closed this so called account. I was very pleased with the Philadelphia BBB who handled this matter. Believe it or not I did get a letter yesterday from a Betzaida Girona from their Regulatory Affaairs Dept, whatever the hell that is. Prob. will call to see what new nonsense they have thought of. If the public has any sense they will avoid this company at all costs. What a joke they are. They told the BBB that they had made numerous attemps to contact us...another lie.
