Hi,
I deposited $100 into the site so I could play some games and hopefully win some money. I was quite happy as eventhough I went through the hundred, I had at least 10 games pending in Bookworm where I was in the lead with a great high score and 1st prize was $25.

After 2 days the games were still open (not all players had played... this is quite common for bookworm) and I went to check on the status to find I hadn't been awarded the full prize money stated and infact HAD ONLY BEEN PAID A FRACTION of the prize money. I had entered these tournaments, paying $2.95 each time because 1st prize was $25....I would NOT have done that if I had known 1st prize would be something as low as $4 for winning.

On many of the games, only a third of the players had played so WORLD WINNER CLOSED the tournaments and divided the prize money over the amount of players that entered. They even closed down a tournament that hadn't even been open for a day while they've allowed other tournaments to be open in other games for 4/5 days.

Again, this is not fair because they advertised a specific amount for 1st , 2nd and 3rd so should've awarded that. Instead of winning $25, I was awarded $6 in 1 game, around $4 in another and so on. I had even entered tournaments where no one else had entered and had played a few times to get a great score and because the prize money was $25, I didn't mind spending the $8.85. I checked on the status of those couple of games to see that WORLD WINNER had again, gone and CLOSED the tournament but because no one else had entered, they didn't award any prize money and refunded ONLY 1 entry fee (eventhough I had spent more money on multiple entries). WORLD WINNER have CHEATED me out of over $200 that I should have received (if I had won the games).

It's NOT FAIR that they took my money and closed down games before all players entered. If they thought not enough people were playing, they shouldn't have started NEW COMPS! I also don't believe that this site is huge internationally yet no one single person entered games.

It'ts not fair they took my money and didn't award prize money OR refund ALL my entry fees for the games they closed down (where prize money wasn't awarded).

I have been a member of this site for almost 10 years but no more. They have ripped me off money in the past and I have tried to get it back but it's very hard to communicate with them to get money back when it seems everything is automated and because they take days to reply (It's EXHAUSTING!).
