Tapjoy Design Home They said I didn't use their link to download and complete the offers so they won't pay me the diamonds. Internet

I'm a 49yr old woman with Fibromyalgia and Myalgia Enchephalomyelitis. To keep myself busy cause I can't work due to my illness I play Design Home. To get extra diamonds to complete designs in Design Home I downloaded the links to games via the Tapjoy. Design Home use Tapjoy as their games partner to allow us the players to download games and finish offers for extra diamonds to use in game (in Design Home game ). I have only a old Samsung s5 smartphone and used the links given by Tapjoy but when I submitted my claim on both offers completed they said I didn't use their link. I tried to proof with different screenshots that I used the correct links but they refuse to pay out. It's over 60k diamonds for which I worked hard and spent a lot of mobile data just to be refused. I found a screenshot on 4/8/2018 that proofs I used the correct link-their link-cause it shows on their reward wall. It won't appear on their reward wall if you used some others link. I checked before submitting this screenshot. Tapjoy ain't replying nor did they pay out. I'm not the only person they're ripping off. Please help. Thank you!
