This bank was just so nasty to students like me, every time I went in there. Their fees were high, they had all kinds of addon fees, their tellers were very impolite. I felt sick to my stomach when I went in there. I finally moved my account to the Credit Union, where I was a real person, and they actually had polite tellers, and real customer service. And they would tell you up front if there was an addon fee. I quit banking in any bank, and never will again, if I can help it.
