BE WARNED SLIMY GUYS- work at TCtalent. I was a scout in Tampa and moved to the Orlando office when I got a "promotion" to be a TE (talent executive or glorified salesperson).

anyway, half the guys here hit on you and the other half are gay.

the place looks so bad they just sent out a memo about dressing appropriately- hoochie mamas be warned. I mean, you'd see people with pink hair and nose rings and very low cut jeans (and bodies that shouldn't be in low cut jeans if ya know what I mean) and everything.

every guy here compensates for his small you know what by driving a fancy car.

all the big wigs drive fancy cars and half the salespeople can't afford to buy a tank of gas for their lexuses, bmws, and huge rims on their stupid cars.

plus get this! we have to only listen to Trans Continental music while at work- IF I HEAR ANOTHER O-TOWN SONG I'M GONNA PUKE.

we can't even listen to our own choice of music.

I feel I need to inform the public of those reports which were filed by TCT in an effort to create a reason to sue ripoffreport. This is just wrong. Now they are making up the story that someone tried to extort a quarter million dollars to take reports down from this site. I wonder if they actually expect people to believe them.

JUST SO YOU ALL KNOW, everything I have posted, I either have personal knowledge of, or have confirmed with other employees. These claims/stories that TCTalent is passing around and including in false postings, is an attempted smear campaign against

Another interesting bit of information: Several employees remember that about 10-12 months ago, members of our organization left messages with to call us at Options Talent. Options wanted to make an arrangement with Ripoff Report, offering to pay them money so they would delete reports about Options Talent and Emodels, because Ripoff Report was getting higher priority on search engines. There are witnesses to this at our company.

Who do you think is actually behind this? Yes, JASON HOFFMAN and ALEC DEFRAWY. Jason goes by the name JAY WALLACE now, for some reason. Alec also uses the name BRIAN ENDERSEN. Alec even used an alias when calling Ripoff Report and instructed people at the office that the call was for him if the people from had called back. I was told that when the people from Ripoff Report called back they refused any offers made by Alec, but told him that he could file a rebuttal.

Why am I still here at TCTalent? I have bills to pay, just like anyone else. I sincerely feel I am doing a good thing by trying to bring them down. After all, I'm helping you, hopefully stopping YOU from becoming a potential victim. I feel good about what I am doing now and get a good night sleep. After reading many of the posting by those who were helped by this web site. It motivated to help. I can best help by staying inside and providing information. This is how I must say thank you to the people at this web site.

P.S. You should also know, that TCT is going nuts trying to figure out the identity of all those who are inside the company who are working against them. Office doors are locked, even when someone goes to the bathroom for only two minutes.

They watch everyone and even question why one might be talking with someone outside their department! People work in fear. This is more like n**i Germany or the Soviet Union.

I, too am an owner, I know alot of the owners of these companies.

These compliants are just like an e-springer show, (jerry springer show). As to the these reports of ripoffs; the owners have more to tell then the compliantives.

Owners put out all the money; pay the bills,so you can have a job; give and give till you employees destroy the company or report springer like "I'm telling attitudes"; grow up and try employing non-qualified; lie on your resume; don't want to work, always late; I'm sick; spend all my time on the internet loser employees.
If they were independent contractors: (responsible for their own pay and bills to work)which the state will not let happen, they wouldn't be so quick to point fingers.

Owners like us, (the small business owner)provides over 64% of all the jobs in america. Keep it up employees, don't do your jobs, destroy what everybody before you has worked for and the 6% umemployment; which is the highest since Roosevelt; will be nothing in a year coming. All this will get worse before it gets better, SPEND ALL THIS ENERGY ON WORKING TOGETHER, NOT FEEDING INTO THIS RIPPOFF BULL WASTING ENERGY!

Print this owners, by the way how about a owners compliant about employees and/or partners that f@#$%%^^ you over. Call me if you have the guts owners? I'm waiting.
