Technician.com or Technician.Ca or Avangate is a fraudulant company. Shame on Lenovo for recommending such a terrible company that actually preys on innocent people.

I purchased a new computer and was in need of a tech support staff. I paid for a two year service contract with Technician.com to help with my computer needs. Somehow my new computer began to have issues after Technician .Com helped me set up my system for my business. They insisted I buy a certain type of anti-virus program for my new computer since it was infected with many virus'. I purchased the program from them as I was told they would not warranty any work if I did not have their program. I complied. Twelve months into my two year contract, Technician . Com did not find me to be a valid customer. ??????????? I spent three hours on the phone with them trying to convince them that I was never required to produce a receipt for services. In fact, Technician.Com installed a " panic button " on my computer so when I needed help I could call right away. They also installed on my desk top an agreement for services. I reminded the company of that on the day i requested service. They argued the company i paid was in fact not them. ????? I had a printed receipt with their name , company name and information. The Company stated I paid a different company for services that was not related to them. What??????????The panic button put me through to the man in which I was speaking and paid. ???????After three hours of searching on their part, the man on the phone somehow seemed to find my payment and acknoledge that I was a customer. Mind you , the issue I called for was never resolved since they could not confirm that I had paid???????????

I then asked for a refund of a years prepaid service. Denied , I reminded the person on the phone that I could not spend 3 hours convincing someone I was a valid customer. I asked the supervisor on the phone to send a copy of my paid invoice so I could show this to the next person who denied service. I have yet to receive this....................The person before this supervisor hung up on my when questioned.

Please , please do not make the mistake I did and trust this Company to assist you with anything!
