Telscape Communications Horrible Internet Service San Bernardino, California

Horrible ISP. I switched to Telscape from Verizon a year ago because their phone and internet package was cheaper than Verizon's. I regret switching ISP's because since then I have had problems with them. The first day I had Telscape they did not switch my line from Verizon and stayed without home phone or internet for three days. Later they came to fix it three days later, but still had no internet because their router had not arrived even though I ordered it a month before. Their excuse was that they did not order it by accident. They claim that their cap limit is 1.5 Mbps, I do not even get close to it. Ping is really high in the 3 digits. YouTube videos freeze up all the time. When it rains the line goes down and you cannot do anything with the internet or home phone. Now I'm having another problem that web pages do not load and show me the firefox cannot find webpage page. I have called them like millions of times. Their customer service sucks just like their service. I am paying for insurance for line damage and they still want to charge me. This company sucks do not do business with them.
