Telseven ripoff fraudulent billing scan Ponte Verde Florida

We were also billed on our local SBC bill by Telseven, LLC. The alleged call was made to Nevada (702-555-1212) and was recorded as a 1 minute call billed at $4.34. Add in the "USF Carrier Administrative Fee" of $1.65 and the $.18 federal tax and we were billed a total of $6.17. Not an amount that most people would even notice. What a perfect scam! If there are 32 of us who have reported this on ripoffreport.com, imagine how much money they are probably stealing from people regularly!

The phone number for Telseven which was on our bill doesn't work so we e-mailed them with a scanned copy of the bill and requested a refund. That was back in February. Still no response.

We don't even make long distance calls from home. EVER! Why would you with free long distance on a cell phone?

If anyone has any luck getting a refund please tell us. We realize it's not a lot of money but it's the principal. These people are getting away with theft!
