Tempur-Pedic North America I bought a mattress worth $2500 but the service was ridiculous and then they shipped it after 10 days that too a wrong foundation and then we call them and again they send the wrong protective cover and then now we have to wait for another 10 days to get the new foundation, so in total we are talking about 30 days sleeping on floor in this cold weather. I bought a $2500 MAttress from Tempurpedic thinking i will get better sleep and better customer service,Here is what happened:The delivery comes after 10 days and then they forgot to send the foundation so how ridiculous and senseless a company can be shows in their apporach.Then after another 10 days i get the foundation and guess what they sent the wrong foundation and when we call the customer care the service was horrible the guys sitting in their customer care are horrible no manners or discipline to talk with their customers and they dont have any apology for the mistake rather they say it will take another 10 days for us to get the foundation, so for 30 days i have been sleeping on floor in this cold weather and the reason i had ordered this mattress was thinking i will get better sleep which can help me reduce my back pain but instead of lowring my pain they have increased it and i am really upset and i want a full refund in compensation.
