purchased a king size mattress set. the cover of the mattress is a wrinkled mess! We had to purchase a fitted mattress cover that slides all over,and ends up another mess! yes, unless you purchase this cover, your mattress will not be covered under warrenty. i went their complaining and was told to buy clips to hold the cover tight. more money spent. didn't work! a $2000.00 dollar bed worth $20.00. When buying a new mattress, please check it good.

First of all with the Tempurpedic the cover can get that way. It's a really easy fix, just wash it and then when you put in back on the bed pull it tight. I sleep on one myself and had the problem as well. As for the mattress cover if you go to Temp online they recomend a cover called Protect - A - Bed, that works with the bed and doesn't slid around. Try that and see if it helps. Sorry you had problems with you bed, but it's not the end of the world.
