This was my first job back after 2 1/2 years of chemo therapy. I was one of the many people who fell into the belief that this company was an event marketing promotional company... to an extent, it is. How do i know this, i worked there 5 months... lost alot of money and gained nothing I was promised.

First day interview was ay 9 a.m.. They introduce you to the person you will be with and tell that soon-to-be-hire, we'll only take one or 2 people max... thats a lie, we'll take everyone who says yes. So to an all day event where you go to a grocery store, a starbucks, a clothing store, an office supply store, the places they can allowed to be in front of are all due to their lies they tell. You stand in front of this place being told you have to talk to EVERY single person walking by, if you take a nrea, you're risking losing customers, so they "discourage" many breaks. Lunch: they pay for your meal, making it look as though these guys got money, they break down the job in detail, using the words "distrubutor" as the ones who go out and sell this junk. They tell you ater lunch they want YOU ro try it, you make one sell, they boost your ego so high you think, "Man, i am awesome."

You head back to the "office" where you're main objective if to make the "soon to be hire" think he isn't all that great, make him WANT the job and almost bragging about yourself to get it. (They teach you how to do this to potential hires.) So you make the "potential hire" sit in the front office and make him wait while you tal to the boss if you think this dude will pretty much make the boss money or not, we tease them, taken them outside, tell them (all scripted), "There were # of appilcants today, and you gotta tell me something can will make them want to chose you." You get the person nervous and wanna fight for them to be number one.

the thing is, you have to be there everyday at 6:30, the earlier you get the "better your reputation" is with the boss man... and you don't get done until about 6 or 7 that evening. Its all commsion, you get 30% of what you earn, no compensation for gas or meals you buy potential hires, you only make money if you are comfortable with lying to people in their faces about safety things they NEED for their kids.

They tell you Saturdays are optional, but if you want to look good within the company it has to become your life.

The deal is they lie. They use bogus products and things that are pretty much broken, cheap or crud when T.I.P. recieves them.

I've stood in 100 degree weather, a tornado warning, hail and being threatened. They sent a 24 year old woman to do an event an hour away at a truck stop! That woman was me. I was hit on non-stop and sexually harrassed, what did the company do for me? NOTHING but complain I couldnt handle that event and sent me somewhere else.

I ended up getting fired because i couldnt lie to anymore people and pretty much stopped selling stuff. But i was trapped because i then lived with one of the leaders of the office. They make sure you get stuck with them, encouraging you to live with other workers so you get "trapped" in the company.

Its bogus. They lie. They are manipulative and they take advantage of people who need jobs...

Don't fall for it like I did.
