First and foremost, I really regret working for this company. I have been put in awkward positions and therefore I had to leave. Everything Kristina said is true. They call you in for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd interview. The second interview is your Day of Observation which requires you to stay with one of their trainers all day from 9:00 to 5:30p.m.

If any type of emergency comes up or you just not interested in the job and you're ready to leave, they will tell you to find your way back to your car because they won't take you. So you will pretty much waste a full day, work for free, and lose an opportunity of searching for something else that day.

Another thing I did was speak with a cop about this company and he states "DARE is no longer around, so why does this company have you doing this? Besides, DARE doesn't need a third party to help them promote business. That doesn't make sense". Therefore he is doing an investigation on this company and if he finds out anything, I don't want to be a part of it.

Plus, I have never heard of a company who don't reimburse you for gas. First off, you never know where you're going the next day, so they basically have you travelling all over the metroplex, and not reimburse you for gas. I never heard of that. They tell you to just file it at the end of the year with your taxes. That's bull!

Also, I have had so many customers walk up and ask "Is DARE still around? I thought it was out of the schools and they were no longer doing it". Then what could I say! They train us to say, "Well they have taken them out of some schools, but this is DARE America, its nationwide." Whatever.....RIP OFF!

So please, please, please, do not work for a company without doing a research, because you never know when its a scam. Especially when its for a company no one has ever heard of.
