  I found  a  camera I wanted at a great price - Nikon P510 in red for $224 on a Wednesday.I ordered it right away as it said it would be shipped out in 7-10 days. I had ordered from another company which I cancelled after 1 month of waiting. So I figured this was great. The next day I receive 3 emails and a couple phone calls from Digital Pro to call them to verify the order. I got ahold of Lloyd, who was 'taking' care of my order. He stated that my credit card 3 digit was wrong. I asked him what he had and I realized I must have transposed the numbers. I continued to ask him when it would be sent out, by whom and about how long it would take. He answered all that but then for some reason asked why didn't I get it in town! I told him because they were sold out and he said - no they're not! Well, he didn't even know who I was talking about. Then I told him if they had it in stock I would've bought it in town and cancelled this order. And he asks, so you want to cancel? NO!

 Then he asks about the battery (like one consumer stated, I know to get more money out of you), you don't have one ordered. I told him I just want the camera and I am resourceful enough to find one so just send out the camera. He starts arguing with me that I need to order one and I kept telling him no, just send it! Then he says well I'll just cancel the order, I told him no I don't want to cancel I just want the camera! He then says - well I've cancelled your order because you keep arguing with me. I told him no I didn't want it cancelled and to put back the order and ship the camera. Says he can't do that. So I tell him I want to speak with a supervisor and he says he is one! Well I'm thinking not a very good one or customer service person as to lose a sale! And I ask him again why he cancelled the order as I still wanted the camera? He said you keep argueing with me and I will hang up on you! And so I gave him a salutation and will check my credit card to make sure this company is blocked from making any charges.

Beware, it's not worth the hassle and the money you think you are saving. They are not professionals - I am and have been a supervisor and you don't treat people this way!
