I hired five lawyers since 2013 to see my son and to have a trial on my case.  Each and every single attorney conspired with a now disbarred attorney, my ex-wife's attorney.  Each and every lawyer has a deal(s) going on with the judge on my case, who hanged tight to my case for four years due to personal, political and financial interest.  Conflicts of interest is nothing new in family court, however, when looking at my case we have two guardian ad litems who should have never been appointed to my case.  One guardian ad litem is partners with the now disbarred attorney for my ex-wife.  Not a conflict of interest?  Not to lawyers and judges it is not.

If you think the Rebecca Fierle matter with DNR's is just Fierle's actions, you are on drugs.  Fierle operated because of judges giving her the green light.  Millions of dollars have been kickbacked to judges and lawyers and yet our Florida Bar decides to look the other way.  The Florida Bar tells constituents that it investigates each case and it looks deep inside the case.  This is a bunch of horsesh??.   

Trust me, unless the lawyer really screwed up and it is blatant, they will look the other way on fraud, conspiracy, and racketeering. They know their comrades are in bed with judges and lawyers, and they know d**n well that family court cases are their bread and butter so they must drag on cases.   When a lawyer continues your trial twice and takes $10,000.00 from you, promising to do your trial, then he withdraws from your case two days before trial, this is called a motion and dump (Waltz) and it happens often. 

This particular lawyer is Greg Colvin, and he has done the very same thing to others too.  He has dumped his clients just a couple days before trial and people have lost their children, but yet our Florida Bar wants to make it look like they are investigating your complaint.  THEY ARE NOT!!!!!

Lawyers collude, they lie, they cheat, and they already know what they want to do with your case when they meet with you.  They already know how much they can rape out of you before they even begin allegedly working on your case.  They know they are safe with whatever it is they do, whether it is lying to their clients about certain things on the "law", or when they blatantly collude with opposing counsel in an attempt to squeeze as much money as they can together from you. 

They have a gal appointed to your case when that gal is not supposed to ever have a case with the judge on your case????  Yes, they even tell you that the gal's report is all the judge needs, and that your material witnesses who can slam dunk your case will not even be looked at.    The Florida Bar has got to go!!!  Who can be put in to action to investigate the Florida Bar, or the JQC, which is another fraud?  

The Governor of the State of Florida and the Federal government MUST help Floridians with the enslavement that is going on in Florida with the Florida Bar and its lawyer fraternity which is raping citizens, especially in family court cases.   

The Florida Bar and the JQC are two entities that need policing and we need the common folk to investigate our "elite lawyer friends".  We need regulation, we need neutrality, we need JUSTICE.  Down with the Florida Bar, down with the JQC. Allow Americans to be Americans again, and weed out the fraud and corruption in our family courts. This all begins and ends with the FLORIDA BAR.
