#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Client's Story is Wrong
AUTHOR: Scott - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, August 23, 2015
The reason why the FLorida Bar has taken no action is because this is the third or fourth bar complaint filed by this client (wo just got out of jail) for which they found no cause. He received a judgment against a company that went out of business. Both myself and him only received some portion of the settlement as the company went out of business before final payments had been made. I was able to obtain some additional money after they went out of business by garnishing some of their former accounts receivable and client received some more monies from those garnishments. Client has received nothing further, not because I kept his money but becuase there was nothing further received from his former employer.
