The Grant University is a fraud. I Sent for a CD $1.98 shipping and handling, there was no mention of a monthly charge. The Grant University, Mesquite Nevada took $69.95 the same day. They also took another $39.95 , and $1.95 the next day. I contacted my bank because my account was overdrawn, notifed my bank of the fraud. However, I have not been able to get my money back or have the bank overdrawn charges removed. I would just like to get my money back and have this company invested.

The Grant University is a making money from unsuspected people. I called their number number 877-326-5657 and nothing happened. The phone didn't even ring. I was never able to get through. I filed a dispute with my bank and was given another number to call 1 877 207 1615, I still have never been able to get through. When I call the 1 877 207 1615 number, I get a recording to leave a message, followed by another recording the number cannot accept any additional messages. I just want my money back.

Same thing happened to me!!!

Well I had a similar situation with this company. I ordered the CD and was confused when I logged onto the site immediately because it did not look like what I thought I ordered. Well the next day I sent an email canceling service. They also signed me up for two other services and I immediately called and canceled them as well. Thought I was in the clear....

So last week I notice that there is a $69.95 charge on my credit card from Grant University and I was furious!! I immediately called the number on my statement. You are immediatley on hold, forever!!! I called everyday for a week with no answer to my calls after staying on hold for up to 30 minutes. It tells you that you can press 1 to leave a message or send an email to support@grantuniversity.com. Well you can't leave a message because the mailbox is always full. I sent about 10 emails and for the most part got somewhat of a response. They sent an email saying they were sorry for any inconvenience and that my membership was already canceled as of that day...go figure. The next email I sent was about refunding my money and again I got an email about how they were sorry for any inconvenience but they cant process refunds through email.

Well I sent several furious emails back telling that I can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone to process it that way. I also told them I was going to report them to whoever necessary to get them off the internet. Well today was success when I called the minute they opened and stayed on hold for approximately 25 minutes and someone actually answered. I explained what happened and the lady on the phone tried to tell me they would review the emails to see when my cancelation was and contact me through email as to wheather they could process my refund or not. I flipped out and told her absolutely not, she was not getting off the phone with me until this was handled. Again she went into her shpeel. I told her to put a supervisor on the phone because I swear to God I am going to report them to every Better Business Bureau and do whatever necessary to get them on the net. I told her they make their money by being immposible to get ahold of and then they can just keep taking peoples money until they dispute with their credit card company.

Well this got her attention and she told me to hold while she reviews everything. 1 minute later she was back on the phone happy to process my refund. I got a confirmation number and was told it would be posted to my account in 2-3 days. I stressed to her that if I have to call back it's not gonna be pretty.

So I'll post again to let you know if I recieve my refund. This company is a total rip off and needs to be taken off the net immediately
