ABUSIVE, DISCRIMINATORY, DECEPTIVE TREATMENT BY HARTFORD INSURANCE CO OF A DISABLED SENIOR INSRANCE 
CLAIMANT/CUSTOMER.


MY EMPLOYER (UC) CARRIES HARTFORD INS ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT COVERAGE AS A BENEFIT TO EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES. DUE TO AN ACCIDENT I LOST MY SIGHT, MY MEMORY, AND WAS PARALYZED DUE TO AN ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE OF FENTANYL PRESCRIBED BY A LOCAL MD.
 
I FILED A CLAIM WITH THE HARTFORD INSURANCE CO HARTFORD INS FOR $50,000. MY CLAIM WAS DENIED ON THE BASIS IT WAS NOT FILED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THIS IS AFTER A HARTFORD CLAIMS MGR HEARD MY STORY OF BEING HOSPITALIZED NEAR DEATH, BLIND, PARALYZED, AND LOST MY MEMORY. 
 
THE HARTFORD CLAIMS MRG DORI BIANCHI TOLD ME TO INCLUDE THESE FACTS IN MY CLAIM. ANOTHER HARTFORD MGR JEROME WYROBEK SCREAMED AT ME AND TOLD ME I WAS A LIAR. I WILL NOT DROP THIS BEFORE I GET A US CONGRESSIONAL HEARING.    I WAS ENCOURAGED BY ALL PARTIES TO FILE THIS CLAIM.
 
IF YOU ARE COVERED BY THE HARTFORD... WATCH OUT!!! THEY ARE A TERRIBLY, DISHONEST, DECEITFUL COMPANY!!
THESE CLAIMS ADJUSTER TOLD ME THE HARTFORD WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR THE FACTS I WAS IN CRITICAL CONDITION AND THUS MY CLAIM HAD TO BE FILED WITHIN 2 YEARS OF THIS OVERDOSE.
 
FURTHERMORE HE CLAIMS ADJUSTER ASSERTED THIS OVERDOSE WAS RELATED TO A CAR ACCIDENT ALMOST 35 YEARS AGO.  IN FACT IT WAS UNRELATED.
 
WATCH OUT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE CO!!  I FILED A CLAIM WITH MY CUNA INSURANCE ADD POLICY AND WAS PAID ASAP ON THE EXACT SAME INFORMATION, REPORTS, ECT...
