Called them twice and both times the admitted error and said they would credit my account. It has now been over three months and I have not received the credit. I turned the issue over to American Express the credi card I used for the purchase.

I purchased tow far infra red heating pads from this company. One costs $268 and one cost $99.00. The products are well made but the company charged me twice for each product. I contacted them twice and they admitted the error and said they would refund my credit card. it has now been over three months and I have not received a credit. I contacted American Express, the card I used for purc and they are in process of filing a claim on my behalf. I would not advise purchasing from this company.
