The Neat Company Mr. Jim Foster, Ms. Tonya Zweir, Mr. Rick Carraghar. Mr. Harris Romanoff Owner of Bella Dog Training. For the past two years I've used the Neat system to scan copies of all my receipts on business, medical, and home finances. I was instructed by the Neat Website to updat Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I bought the Neat filing system to scan my business, medical, and home financial receipts for all my tax purposes for the past 2 years.  Upon opening up my Neat Filing system last, I was instructed by the Neat Website to update my Neat system in order to proceed.  Upon following the Neat advice, Neat filing lost all my records.  I called customer service, had them look at my computer, they yelled at me for not purchasing the Neat Cloud and told me it was all my fault.  

I'm left in financial ruin now, lost all my medical, business, travel, home financial receipts,  and I can't get any response from Neat to help me try to recover anything.

Horrible customer service, horrible product, lousy business ethics!

Don't buy the Neat Filing System, it will cost you more and more.  They will continually pressure you to purchase more, telling you that you need to in order to use their most basic product.  They are thieves.  The product is awful!

I got my computer back, I still don't have my thousands of dollars in medical, business, any financial receipts on my business or home.  I've left messages, I get nothing.  This is the worst company that refuses to stand by it's own product, they can ruin you financially and simply turn their heads.  The public should be warned about their fraudulent claims of safety when using their product.
