THE PARTY RIDE WORKERS: JASUN, HOWIE {THE OWNER}, STACEY{OPERATIONS MANAGER}, CURTIS [THE BUS DRIVER} DISRESPECTFUL, NOT FAIR, RUDE, AND ITS A BAD BUSINESS BRENTWOOD New York

I had USED this company for the second time. The first time around it was good. no problelms at all for the first time. The second time it was terrible and the worst day for me and everybody else on the bus.

I had ordered a 30 passenger bus and i got it. I paid the bus driver $725 in cash, in his hand. Then he demands $195 for a tip. So we had a discussion about that and i told him i would give him his tip when the trip is over.

The bus gets to moving and we are on our way to 34th st. in the city. On our way there, the bus driver{curtis} decides to stop the bus to tell me that no one can smoke on the bus until he gets his tip. Every passenger in the front of the bus heard him say this. So i told him that i never got a memo stating that we can't smoke, and the reason there is no memo is becuase he made that up because he didnt get a tip.

So i proceeded to tell the people on the bus to stop smoking and they did. The bus driver stops the bus again about 10 minutes later and says to stop smoking again. At that point everybody been stopped smoking since the first time he told them to stop. I told the bus driver to point out the smokers so i can kick them off. He pointed out two people that i knew for a fact wasn't smoking because they were sitting next to me.

So i spoke to the bus driver and told him they werent smoking. He still insisted that they were smoking, so i kicked those people off just to avoid conflict. So we went on our way to 34th st.[at least we thought so].

I looked out the window and realized that the city isnt the way he was going. So i made my way to the front of the bus and told him that this is the wrong way. Curtis told me that he is cancelling the bus ride. I asked him why. He told me that he saw some more people smoking. At this point i knew he was lying and he just wanted the 195$ because there was nobody smoking on the bus.

Me and Curtis began arguing because we still had 3 more hours left on the trip. He still proceeded to drive back to our original pick up spot. Everybody on the bus was mad because they paid money for 6 hours and we had only had 2 hours in so far. My cousin tried to speak to this bus driver and tell him there was nobody smoking on the bus. After my cousin didnt get through to him other people on the bus tried.

I told him if he is going to cancel at least give us money back for the three hours we had left. He said that wasnt going to happen. By this time we were all so mad and upset.

Curtis takes us back to the original pick up spot and nobody got off the bus cuz he was dead wrong for doing this over money. I spoke to him to try to convince to keep going and that no one was smoking.

He finally agreed to what we was saying and started to drive. Everyone was thanking him and was so happy to continue on with the trip.

About five minutes after pulling off we all was having fun but to our surprise Curtis pulls up in front of the pricent. yup, the police station. I was never so embarresed in my life. The officers came on the bus and I explained the whole story to them. Even the officers agreed with us and asked the bus driver to give us some money back or continue the trip.

He told the officers that he was not authorized to do that. The officers told me to call the company tomorrow and get my money back and to go get my police report the following day. All the passengers on the bus had to walk home which is about 10 blocks plus and some them didnt have any jackets. It was a terrible night

I called the company the next day. They gave me the run around for about 3 days. Finally i spoke to the owner ,Howie, and he so abnoxious and rude. He told me that he isnt giving me nothing back.

I am in process of filing a suit against them but first i want to expose this company by doing this, going on t.v to do this, and then if that doesnt work i will follow through with this in court.
