Useless short guy. Has a really good fake smile, he will tell you how to get out there and sell insurance when he's never sold insurance a day in his life. They give you 50% then keep the rest of the commissions to themselves.  The will show off to you with there cars and all the B.S to make you jealous but it's all fake. Be careful.
