 It's sad to say that this woman Hellen Adedipe the owner calls this place a "Christian" Therapy Center. Unfortunately the parents are fooled by her canning personality which is a show. All the employees that work there know how she really is and are not unaware of her unprofessional, manipulative demeanour. I have shared several complaints with all employees who have every month been shorted on their paychecks with manually made check stubs (typed and printed from the computer). If anyone confronts her about it she ignores them by seeming unbothered and annoyed. There is no where to receive or print your hours, which is odd seeing how you clock in and out electronically on the computer. If any employee asked for them she makes up a whole story about receiving them from her "financial" institution which again is baffling because like I stated before the stubs are manually typed/printed. She will not allow you to ask any superior other than herself about anything related to job especially when it comes to finances. I personally have recorded my hours on my smartphone for a 2-4 months to make sure I wasn't mistaken and sure enough she had altered the hours worked on the check stubs. The withheld taxes fluctuate enormously ($100-$200 range) which is not correct for anyone who has had a job should know little fluctuations are expected but not ones like these. To the parents who have no idea what's going on behind closed doors so to speak please refrain yourself from any blind commentary because all of you have been bamboozled just as she puts on a front she literally tells her employees to do the same. The employees work harder than she does, when she is there the office door is shut and no one is to disturb her. It's very odd for someone to say the job is a full time position and of course you work full time(40hrs per wk) pay ranging from ($11-$14) yet every single employee no matter what their pay per hour receives about $450-$650! You do the math! This woman's business needs to be investigated and if further action is required then so be it. There's nothing Christian like about this place or the owner!

The Reason For HOPE is committed to providing the best therapy to children and a workplace that cultivates team work and a spirit of excellence. 

Our expectations are set high for our team members and we do not bend the rules for any employee. We seek to employ bright, committed and compassionate women that want to be part of a team that focuses on children. All employees are given an employee handbook that clearly states our company policies, rules and procedures. Each employee is required to sign an acknowlegemnt form that states that they have read and fully understand the contents of the handbook. 

From time to time we obtain employees that believe that are "exempt from the rules" and thus become frustrated and angry when consequences are given thus resulting in angry untrue posts such as the previous report. 

All employees are required to clock in and out upon their arrivals and departures. Employees are always welcome to ask questions regarding their time sheets if they have any concerns. All federal and local taxes are taken out of each pay check according to the laws of the federal government and the state of Texas. 

This employee had questions regarding her hours and asked to see them. She and the clinical director (Hellen Adedipe)went line by line on her time sheet and compared her screen shots (the pictures that she took) to the hours that the computer registered. There was no discrepencies found. She acknowledged that her paycheck was short hours because she called in sick one day during that particular pay period. In going through her hours, it was discovered that she was dishonest and had taken a 40 minute lunch instead of the allotted 30 minute lunch and that she was 13 minutes late to work one day during that payperiod. 

Naturally she was very embarrassed by this discovery and attempted to end the converstation abrubtly to which she as asked if she had any further questions. She replied: "can I please have a copy of my time sheet." Her time sheet was immeditely emailed to her and she confirmed that she recieved it on her phone.  To say that their is no way to recieve your time sheet is completely untrue. 

Personal attacks often reflect how a person feels about themselves and are often made when a person does not have any facts to back up their claims. Yes, Hellen Adedipe is a Christian and the therapy center teaches Christianity. Having Christian leadership does not mean that we will allow our employees to not follow rules, create a hostile work enviornment or behave in a manner that is not conducive to a positive, team-centered enviornment. 

This employee has been the common denominator amongst compliants from other employees, thus leading to being spoken to and written up by her supervisors. The post is simply retaliation for those actions and is completely untrue.
