THe Rush Contract rip off. greensboro North Carolina

I signed up for a 1 year contract. I was informed, granit the contract may read different then the words coming out of the employee's mouth that I spoke with. They stated after paying the first and last month of the contract up front that I would be billed for the middle 10 months and  wouldn't be billed the final month.  To my alarm I was billed for the 12th month through a draft.

Then told by customer service that if they are not informed 5 days before the 12th month draft that they will continue to draft my or anyones account on a per month basis untill notifed. That leaves me and anyother member having a free final month, or last month after a cancelation being paid for already..... Its the usual issue of certin Gyms making money from people that sign up and don't attend, or planed to quit its location but have already paid for services that one doesn't plan on using. I will always Give them Bad word of mouth.
