I received the same flier in the mail last week. After reading the material I though this was a good opportunity to try, though after having several rip-off scams happen before I checked on the internet for more information about the company: The Zaken Corp.

Well I found this site and never placed my order... But I have some information that may help the others that have placed and order.

The best thing is using a credit card for these purchases in my opinion. Your credit card company should back you in any scam or rip-off you may have had charged to your credit card.

I have had all my situations taken care of by my card company, so I though everyone should atleast give it a try...

All I have done and what you should do is call the credit card company and tell them the situation, and then ask them to refuse the charge. Also called a chargeback, this most often removes the charge from your account while the credit card company initiates an investigation of the charge.

This is in a way "force" your refund to be given. Even if you did receive the product, tell them you didn't and that it was never received.

If The Zaken Corp credit card processor receives substancial amounts of chargebacks they are likely to refuse to even process Zaken's credit card customers...

I hope this information may help some of the people that this scam company has refused to work with.
