TICKET BENZ TICKET BENZ. THEY SOLD TICKETS AND RESCHEDULED CONCERT DATE. AFTERNOON OF SHOW. NO EMAIL ALERTS. Here is the blunt response from ticketbenz. I took time off of work and drove an hour for a cancelled show. There are no refunds for reschedule events. Tha The afternoon of show they rescheduled.4 months later? NO REFUND. Houston, TX TX

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Ticket Benz sells concert tickets and the concert was bluntly rescheduled same afternoon of show. Having planned the day weeks in advance, we arrived to a sign on the door saying " rescheduled"? Four months later? I asked for a refund and their response was not satisfortory behavior. Never again.

 How is Ticket Benz responsible? THEY did not reschedule the show, that would have been someone else. You need to approach the artist/group manager for a refund. THEY are the ones who cancelled the show and NOT Ticket Benz. Whining about them not giving you a refund only shows YOUR laziness. Im sure they told you WHO to go after for a refund but youre displaying the usual behaviour of the self entitled consumer. YOU dont want to do the work and you want your refund and you want THEM to do it for you. Stop makeing a fake report because Ticket Benz had ZERO part in the cancelling the show. Go after the RIGHT people.
