Ticketmaster I Need Your Help Can Someone Please Respond To Me? Trevaro Hardy 404-914-7210 Fraudulent Activity. Hampton Georgia

Dear Support,    This is Trevaro Hardy and I'm requesting an internal investigation in regards to a fraudulent charge that occurred on my account.  There were some tickets that were purchased through my account on July 14th and when I noticed the charges on our company account I immediately reported it to my local police department and call ticketmaster to dispute the charges because I did not authorize the charges. 

I report all of this on October 14th 2017 and they still have not reversed those charges. The amount was for $1184.25 done on July 14th for an event for November of last year and I called in October to dispute the charges and a police report in hand and the fraudulent department never requested the police report nor did they cancel that fraudulent order before the event took place and I called them way before the event took place, I caught the fraud activity just in time but the fraud department still did not help me.   

Can you help me get them matter resolved so that I can get my money back or who do I need to contact that will be able to help me?
