Bought a small LCD TV some time ago with a decent price with the rebate factored in. Never did get the rebate. Their filing process is extremely convoluted in such a way that they can deny your rebate. It is all done via the internet and not your normal mail in procedure.
Also, the TV I bought was obviously a returned and resold item. Their was no remote and I found out that the reason it was returned was that the speakers were defective. I tried to get a remote through Tiger Direct and they said I had to go through the mfg. Just more run around from the mfg. Never did get a remote. Never got the rebate. An expensive lesson I'd say and their catalogs just go in the trash without even a glance. I'll buy local where I can deal with someone face to face. You should too.
