Placed an order on 01/04/07 for 8 items which we recieved an e-mail invoice that correctly identified the order and amount. However several hours later we recieved a second invoice via the same manner which showed the order had been doubled in quantity of itmes ordered as well as the price.

I contacted the company, and spoke with a customer service rep who told me that the problem was with the initial credit card we used. Apparently there was a limit of $2000.00 dollars a day on it, that we were not aware of, so I was advised to use a different card, which we did. The CSP told me that she had taken care of the problem, and that it would not be a "double order" that would ship and that the cost was as per the original invoice.

We recieved the shipment on 01/08/07 and it was a DOUBLE ORDER and had been double billed to our credit card. I immediately called the company, and tried to "Resolve" the issue to no avail. They would not return my calls or pleas for resolving this issue.

We have filed a dispute with our credit card company as well as filed a complaine with the BBB, the WV Attorney Generals Office - Consumer Fraud & Protection Dept, and will seek additional resolution.

The only thing we had asked them to do is to (1) Admit there was a mistake made (2) Issue a Return Authorization (3) Have the shipper pick up the product that was doubled at TigerDirects expense (4)Correct the amount due with the credit card company in the amount of the original SINGLE order

Apparently this is something they are not willing to do. My wife talked to another Service Rep at TigerDirect this morning and they told her that because we had issued a dispute with the card company, there was nothing they could do to correct it - which is a lie. We called the credit card company back and they said that TD could indeed correct their mistake and the dispute had nothing to do with them not being able to do this.
