I made a payment to Time Warner Cable at their e-mail address like they say you can via a recorded message when you call the billing department.
The payment was in the amount of $333.09. This amount was deducted from my checking account. Time Warner says they did not receive the paument.
I recieved a call saying my bill was past due. I called time warner, and the say they would track the payment and someone would call me with in 24 to 48 hours. They DID NOT and I called them.
They said that there was still no record of my payment and it was my responsibility to get the information from my bank and fax it to them.
They said they don't have comformation numbers if you pay online, only if you pay by phone.
This is a ripoff!!!!!

all i have to say is that if you pay it online they always tell you to print out a copy as proof of payment so why did you not do that to show the proof.. this is your own fault not time warners
