This happened in 2012 I had a very serious surgery that left me partially paralyzed utilizating a wheel chair as well as a walker. I could not even talk.  My husband and I had signed for a TimeShare cancellation thorough this Reed Hein Company but before the 3rd day to cancel I  contacted the company to cancel and when I did, at the same note someone from the office contacted my husband and pursuaded him to try and keep the contract.

I left the hospital and went with my husband in the walker couldn't hardly talk just a whisper and told Mr. Reed that I contacted the office left messages on the phone to cancel the contract before the 3rd day, mind you I just had a serious surgery that left me with some limitations of disabilities. My husband agreed hastily because we were told that we may could be sued and my husband was on his way in 3 days for a year deployment so all he was trying to do was settled it before he left without being harassed and it goes to his unit.

I tried to tell Mr. Reed that I can not walk or talk at the moment and my husband is being deployed. We don't need a Time Share let alone a new one. We just got out of one and really didn't want to get into another but they kept pursuing us that there company was different from the other TimeShare holders.

My grievance is about during my serious illness and my husband deployment within3 days. This company had no sympathy nor were they sensitive to the point that my husband was leaving for Afghanistan for a year. I was being left alone for my unit spouse support to help me get to my appointments due to the seriousness of my illness and not able to drive, walk or talk or take care of my personal well being. When I tried to not make a  payment Mr. Reed Hein sent me to one of his attorney's to make the payments. I even explained that I was within my time frame to cancel but I was told to make the payments.

We have been making payments that I still hate to this date because it was not supposed to be this way.Since 2012 I still have not driven a car, Ihave my voice but am limited. My husband has returned from Afghanistan and due to the Military has not utilized this Time Share.

So, needless to say that we are stuck with a Time Share with Mr. Reed (aka- Gold Crown Resort) making payments for a Time Share we have never used and don't plan on utilizing, have not even inquired about it.
