NAPW - Tiran Zaken is Rip-off Report Verified I joined the Zaken Company back in April when I received his offer sent through the US Postal Service.

I read and read and got very excited to think I could finally make a decent income doing something different.

I immediately ordered the program for 174.00. Then after receiving the materials to learn from, I ordered the business stationary and business cards for another 169.00.

The fees didn't end there. Now to really kick us off, order the lifetime directory for businesses so we would never run out of contacts for another one time fee of 498.00.

Did the fees end there? Absolutely not!! Now we need the internet Toll Free Directory that you order through AT&T for another 29.00. Now we sit and make phone calls and faxes to these business names from the lifetime directory. We incur more expenses through our phone bill.

Did I mention we need a voice mail, fax, and let's see..what else?? The list is endless.

This man had it together to make us do nothing but spend, spend, spend and guess how much I made? Nadda, nothing, zilch, ZERO!!! I had 1 lead that I got on my own but the product never moved.

I spent countless hours, days, months without giving up for nothing. I followed the instructions to the T and nothing worked.

I finally called my sales Manager Nick Lasorsa in N.Y. and said I wanted a refund as it stated that in the literature. He said I had to call CA. So I did. This rude lady tries telling me I would have had to ask for a refund within 30 days and I said, WHOA!! How do we ask for a refund within 30 when it takes longer than to get a business up and running and time to see if we're gonna make it? I said I know in the paperwork, somewhere I recalled a total refund and I will find it. I kept every bit of the paperwork. The phone call ended with "Sorry, we can't help you" after I just spent over 1,000.00. Hmmm...

I then got a break and a fax came in from Nick Lasorsa stating there is a class action suit being filed by him and to call him with my info so we could put it all in a folder for a lawyer. Yessss...finally maybe we can get this guy who by the way, remember the picture of the older man in the first offer you received with Tiran Zaken name under the picture? Wrong! Mr Zaken is a 27 year old guy..imagine that!

Please, everyone that was fooled by this con artist, contact Nick Lasorsa and add your name to his list for a refund in this class action suit. We deserve our money back and hopefully learn a lesson by checking into "who's who" before we jump the gun again and get taken in.
