Tires Plus Total Car Care Auto Repair, Tile Sales Stockbridge, Georgia

I purchased a set of tires for my Honda from the Tires Plus Norcross, GA location because it was closest to my job. Unfortunately, the two times I've needed to utilized my free tire rotation or road hazard I've had to go to the location closest to my home which is the Stockbridge, GA location. Each time I have gone to the Stockbridge location, I have had a terrible experience. The first time being about a year ago when I went in solely for a tire rotation. Before leaving, I was told I needed fluids flushed and a new cerpatene belt. Both in which I declined and took my vehicle for a second opinion. The second mechanic said I still has at least 6 months on the belt and fluids were fine.

Today (12/26/11) I went to the Stockbridge location again and explained to Mr Patel that I had a nail in my tire and another mechanic was going to repair it, but I chose to utilize the Tires Plus Road Hazard Warranty that I paid $60+ for when purchasing my tires from them instead. Without seeing my tire, Mr Patel immediately assumed I would most likely need a new tire. I told him to look at my tire before making that assumption. After pulling my car in, Mr Patel called me back to show me that the nail was too close to the shoulder and not in "repair range". The nail was borderline in the range and was not on the shoulder. Mr Patel told me that my tire was not repairable and that I would have to purchase a new tire which I found to be absolute ridicule! I then declined and took my vehicle to another large tire retailer / service center and they repaired my tire at NO cost to me and said the nail was in repair range. The repair was FREE and I had never stepped foot in this business before!

Tires Plus has lost a customer for life! I will inform my family, friends, and everyone in my social media network never to use Tires Plus! You guys are shady and crooked!!! Scam artists is the only way to describe the way you guys handle business! Very disappointed! NEVER EVER GO TO TIRES PLUS unless you want to fork out unnecessary expenses!!
