You're not his first victim and you probably won't be his last until action is taken against him.  He also works with GlobalWebsiteCreations as per Dallas Elliott-Ellenton.  I had two similar situations happen with him.  He hired me to create an insurance form and work on his site directly (canadaseopro.ca) to which he never paid me but he hired me through freelancer.com.  He also threatened me the same way he did you.  This is probably why several false reports have been filed against me until false pretense. One claiming to be part of a company that I actually have a personal relationship with (Sipps Garage - of Coldwater, ms) but he failed to know what they're not located in Senatobia.  Tries to cover his tracks by posting it under his "india" contacts so this statement you've made only helps me build my case I have against him.

I would be very careful dealing with either company because when I expressed concerns to Dallas Elliott-Ellenton, she simply sided with her employee Todd Herman and proceeded to try and cover her own image by threatening me.  I have a lawsuit that is being filed and I suggest you do the same.  He used the same foul language with me so I believe you 100% as should anybody.  For any "business" to be tied to this person is a very bad PR move for them.
