We signed up for there 1800 number forwarding service which seemed to work fine, well at least we thought. After transferring these numbers to our customers we soon noticed that calls where being logged but nothing was coming through.  After several emails back and forth they confirmed that the numbers are working and they did some sort of troubleshooting. We checked again and nothing was working as advertised. The problem is the 1800 rings, however the phone its forwarded to doesnt ring until 30 secs + later. Its been weeks and we have spent over 4 hours on the phone to these people. They have not heard of the term "customer service" and dont even undertstand the concept of providing a service. They dont provide the service advertised, yet they still refuse to give a refund. In Australia this is illegal, in America is this normal - Im looking into US Law and consumer affairs. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with - Ever. Stay away at all costs.
