Tophatter Theft of my money selling through this site Palo Alto California

I have been a seller on Tophatter for the last two years.  They are abusive to sellers to begin with .. no help at all if problem pop up.  My fault for not leaving months ago .. putting up with all that.  

However that is NOT my issue at this time.  I decided I was done with Tophatter end of June.  My last sale on there was July 3, 2018.  I had almost $600.00 in my payout account at that time (my payout was to be disbursed 7/16), Every single day my payout money started disappearing .. in a BIG way.  This payout should not have gone down the was it did the last few weeks.  I have looked everywhere for this money.  To see what happened to it.  They do not have a running balance of your money so it's impossible for me to see what happened to it.  As of my payout yesterday I only had $125.00 LEFT !!! Have notified 'support' first they tried blowing me off as usual; then said to give them screen shots of the payout page (what? I have to take screen shots everyday of my payout account! Rinky Dink!) Well I should have done that knowing how TH is; I did however take screen shots starting last Sunday 7/8... so I DO have proof that as of that time my payouts were $236.00 and everyday it would drop signifigantly till I only had $125.00 left that they sent my bank yesterday.  NOwhere does it show what happened to all that money.  Anyhow then they said they would turn this over to engineering which right off my suspicions were right... the algorithm is stealing money from me.  Why not accounting dept ??? Well I said that and then was told they would turn it over to their accounting dept.  Nothing since... I asked to them to provide me a FULL accounting with running balances daily and FIND that money !!!! I worked hard for that money.  These people are thieves.  I know many othere sellers they have done this to.  I am not walking away quietly!! I want the money owed me.
